Therapist – Outpatient Behavioral Health Practice

Rainbow of Resilience is a Columbus-based counseling practice dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered mental health services to individuals, children, couples, and families. We offer in-person and online therapy across Ohio and are committed to culturally responsive, strengths-based, trauma-informed care. As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled therapists to join our dynamic, collaborative team.
Position Summary
The Therapist will deliver comprehensive clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic interventions. This role supports clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, and contributes to a supportive, ethical, and client-centered therapeutic environment. Therapists may work both in-person and via telehealth, with flexibility to build a meaningful and sustainable caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Assess and diagnose clients' mental health needs using standardized and clinically appropriate methods.
- Develop individualized, culturally responsive treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
- Lead individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions as appropriate.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and families.
Collaboration & Professional Practice
- Coordinate care and consult with other service providers as needed.
- Maintain ethical standards in all interactions, adhering to professional, agency, and licensure board requirements.
- Participate in team collaboration, professional development activities, and case discussions.
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation.
Expected Work Hours & Compensation
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 10 hours/week.
- Compensation ranges from $30 to $55 per hour, based on licensure, experience, and specialization.
- Telehealth options available for clinicians providing services to clients throughout Ohio.
